Slurp ZA manufactures and ships water, packaging and water treatment products from South Africa. This policy explains how we handle dispatch and delivery for both standard orders and custom/bulk projects.

Standard orders

Standard stocked items are typically dispatched within a few business days of your order being confirmed and payment received. Delivery timeframes depend on your location within South Africa and the courier service used, and will be confirmed at checkout or by our team where applicable.

Custom, bulk and enquiry-based orders

Custom bottle manufacturing, personalised bottled water, bulk/wholesale supply, bottling line equipment and water treatment projects follow their own production and installation timelines, which depend on the scope of the project, tooling requirements, and quantities involved. We'll agree a realistic dispatch, delivery or installation timeline with you directly as part of your quote.

Delivery vs. collection

Depending on the product and your location, delivery or collection from our facility may be available. Where relevant, this will be confirmed with you at the time of order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for standard orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Shipping and logistics costs for bulk, commercial and custom orders are quoted individually as part of your project quote, since these often involve pallet or multi-site deliveries.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by courier delays, custom production schedules, or circumstances outside our control. We'll keep you updated if we expect a significant delay.
