These Terms of Service govern your use of https://slurpza.co.za (the "Site"), operated by Slurp ZA, trading as SLURP, a brand of Parastoo Investments (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About our products and services

We manufacture and supply mineral and deionised water, PET bottles, caps and preforms, personalised and private-label bottled water, custom bottle manufacturing, bottling line equipment, and water treatment solutions for residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and discharge/waste applications. Some products can be purchased directly through the Site; others (custom, bulk, or project-based work) are quoted individually after you submit an enquiry.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry form through the Site does not place an order or create a binding contract. It allows our team to assess your requirements and respond with a tailored quote. An order or project is only confirmed once you and Slurp ZA have agreed on scope, pricing and terms, typically in writing.

Orders and payment

By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we're unable to fulfil the order as described.

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice, although changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Product information

We aim to describe our products and services as accurately as possible, but we don't guarantee that all information (including pricing, availability and specifications) on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. If we discover an error, we'll contact you before proceeding with an affected order.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Slurp ZA and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Slurp ZA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
